Portfolio Companies

Cottonwood Manufacturing, Inc.

Cottonwood Manufacturing was formed in 2003 to manufacture and market loose-fill cellulose insulation, under the brand name Coza®, to distributors and contractors.  Our first plant is located in Penrose, Colorado.  We are currently planning two additional facilities outside of Colorado.  ISC first invested in early 2004 and has continued investing over time to fund working capital, engineering, and equipment improvements and upgrades.

Incline Creek, LLC

In 2004, ISC partnered with a local developer and sales team to create Incline Creek Estates, an upscale residential development project in Incline Village, Nevada.  The development will consist of 58 single-family homes and is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe on one of the few remaining parcels of land of its size.  The company also has an option to build another 10 homes on a contiguous parcel.

International Supply Consortium

SO2 Solutions, LLC

SO2 Solutions was formed in 2005 after acquiring certain assets and technologies from a leading company in the market for sulfurous acid generators.  These devices improve irrigation water by lowering its pH and the amount of bicarbonates.  The result is increased soil porosity and healthier turf and plants for golf courses, farms, orchards and vineyards.  Sulfurous acid also controls algae, a growing problems for lakes, ponds and lagoons throughout the world.
