Roger A. Wittenberg, CEO, founded Rivenite Corporation (and what is now Trex© wood-plastic composite decking) in 1987 and was its Chief Executive Officer until April 1992, when Exxon Mobil acquired the assets of Rivenite Corporation. In 1996, Mobil sold the division to a group comprised of its senior management team, including Mr. Wittenberg, the new company being named Trex Company, which had a successful initial public offering in 1999. During Mr. Wittenberg’s tenure at Trex Company, 1996 sales of $24 million grew to sales of $191 million in 2003. Mr. Wittenberg served in various positions at Trex, including Executive Vice President of Material Sourcing, International Operations and Technical Operations, and was a member of the company’s board of directors. Before 1987, Mr. Wittenberg founded and operated several companies in the textile, food and animal feed supplements industries. Mr. Wittenberg received a BS degree in Chemistry from High Point College. John J. Muller, Vice President of Operations of ISC and Subsidiaries, joined ISC in August 2005. Before that, he served in Europe as the Vice President of Trex Wood Polymers Espana for three years. Since 1996, Mr. Muller held several other positions with Trex as plant manager, ERP project manager, and in engineering and technical development and with ExxonMobil prior to that. He holds a BS degree and is a Distinguished Graduate from USMA West Point, an MBA from Shenandoah University, and professional engineering licenses in Florida and Virginia. David A. Scordy, VP and CFO, worked with Mr. Wittenberg at Trex Company from 1996 until 2003, when he joined ISC. He served in various capacities at Trex, including Director of Finance and Planning, where he played an integral role in the company’s 1999 IPO. Mr. Scordy also served as VP and CFO for a group of startup companies in the retail and real estate industries and as AVP of Treasury for an off-Wall Street investment boutique after starting his career with public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Scordy graduated from the George Washington University with an MBA in Finance and Investments, and from the University of Maryland with a BS in Accounting, cum laude. |
